The subject of nuclear physics, the different particle radiations and elementary transformations given in the phenomena of radioactivity are key elements of the universe and also our developed civilization: their usage range from medicine through mass destructive instruments to power supply.

Our exhibition aims to congregate the artistic interpretations of this scientific discipline which offers extraordinary possibilities and dangers, from selected contemporary Hungarian works.

The spectrum of pieces that formulate direct or indirect, pro and contra engagements or only ineffable feelings range widely not only in the means of approach, but in the genres as well.

The secure material of Radiospective is set up from a diverse series of monumental and outright intimate scaled sculptural, painted, filmed, dramatic, intermedial and photo works.
