Competition for the HAL Award 2003

Competition for the HAL Award 2003 For the third time already, the city of Halle (Saale) will be hosting d-motion – Interactive Media Festival and Conference between 27 and 29 November 2003. During this year\’s d-motion creative and innovative DVD productions will again be awarded the HAL Award. Until 15 September 2003 companies, DVD producers, media artists and young talents from colleges and universities are asked to submit their projects.
