Forum Publishing House and Petőfi Literary Museum—Kassák Museum pay tribute to the poet, performer and visual artist Katalin Ladik.
Her poems have been speaking to us for sixty years, they have become rites within us. We need all our senses to experience Ladik’s poetry: we see the poems, taste them, smell their different scents, feel the pain, the euphoria – and hear her tireless, ever-renewing voice.
The presentation of her collection of poetry ’Time Sail’ is complemented by a selection of her visual art and sound poetry oeuvre from the collection of the Petőfi Literary Museum, as well as a portrait film of Katalin Ladik by Kornél Szilágyi.
The evening is hosted by Otília Cseicsner and Merse Pál Szeredi.
Katalin Ladik is asked by fellow author Attila Balázs.

Time sail. Selected Poems (1962-2022), edited by Tímea Bíró and Katalin Ladik was published by Forum Publishing House in Novi Sad, Serbia in 2022 and is available for purchase at the Kassák Museum after the book launch throughout the exhibition.
