László Szilágyi / Lackó (1966–2007) A retrospective exhibition of works by the painter, who had ties to both the city of Veszprém and the punk movement, is being organized by the House of Arts at the Csikász Gallery.
During Hungarian Culture Week, a thematic selection compiled on the occasion of the artist’s 60th birthday will feature works from museum collections and private collections, which can rightly be considered outstanding pieces from a fragmented oeuvre full of hectic moments.
In the hours before the exhibition opening (3:00–4:00 p.m.), we are organizing an Open Studio program at Lackó Szilágyi’s former apartment on Miklós Street. (8200 Veszprém, Miklós u. 18.)
