The exhibition titled *On a Yellow Brick Road* is a visual record of an inner journey. The yellow road implied in the title—evoking the symbolism of the journey in *The Wonderful Wizard of Oz*—leads toward inner order and understanding. This is also the artist’s personal (life) journey, from photography-based works to constructive visual art.

The exhibition is built around a powerful artistic creed: art as a cognitive tool. A bridge between human reason and the incomprehensible—be it an emotional or visual mystery. When words run out, the haiku-like titles of forms, colors, and images take over the role of interpretation. The pure order of geometric concretism, as well as compositions built from captured moments of life and architectural details, strip down slices of reality until their essence becomes comprehensible.

The exhibition titled On a Yellow Brick Road marks a conscious pause in Sára Sebestyén’s oeuvre: not a conclusion, but a reflective look back. It is an imprint of a creative moment in which the artist examines, systematizes, and reorganizes the internal structures of her own visual thinking.

Here, “flow” is understanding itself, and the emphatic yellow (G), like the light of geometry, serves as the compass that guides us through the visual diary presented in the B32 Gallery space, inviting the viewer to join in the discovery.
