There is something elusive about time: it is not like an object, a chair, a body, or a painting. Perhaps we cannot find time among things because it is not just another thing in the world, but rather one of the conditions that allows things to appear to us at allwhether in succession, as changing phenomena, or as enduring entities.

The work of art, therefore, does not make time itself visible, as if time had a shape or color. Rather, it arranges traces, layers, repetitions, absences, and possible paths in space. Through these, it shapes the time in which we view it. The work stands before us in space, but it can only unfold for us in time.

“‘Everything in its own time’ perhaps does not mean that there is a predetermined, correct moment for every event. It may also mean that every thing demands a specific time from us: a different time for growth, another for remembrance, yet another for creation, loss, or rest. We do not always determine this time. Sometimes we only notice it when we are willing to slow down.

Founded in 2021, the group consciously works with sensitive topics that receive less attention than they deserve, even though they affect all of our lives.
