Robert William has re- established the tradition of former rebell fine art journals by launching Juxtapoz Magazine in 1994. He provided forum for those art phenomena which could fill the “postmodern Salon des Refusés”.

You can’t find these exhibition spaces and artworks in regular art scenes rather in public places, in magazines, on covers, on skateboards or even on someone’s arm. This could also be a reason why they are not in the focus of the art critics’.

Having prejudice against a visual product based on the surface it is appearing on would be as wrong as judging someone’s intellectual capabilities based on if the person has high or low brow.
