György Simó, founder of the Eidolon Foundation for Private Photography and publisher of the Fortepan Masters book, has been an active art collector for two decades.
Just as he embraces these projects in the spirit of democratising art, he also bases his own collection on spontaneous choices and visual impact.
Photographic and contemporary artworks from the collection will be presented, bringing a wide range of artists into dialogue around the collector’s central themes of historical consciousness, loneliness in a thousand costumes and contemporary media communication.
