The group exhibition ‘Family Tales’ examines the notion of family. The title itself is borrowed from Szonja Kunitzer’s book in which we follow the everydays, dramas, joys of the writer’s family.
The exhibition intents to present the complex concept of family: how do we think about families nowadays, how do the family models and gender roles change in the course of time? What kind of events, emotions accompany our lives and how contemporary photographers show these in their works?
