The HAA’s scholarship scheme was launched in 2018, offering three years of funding. Out of the 100 scholarship holders selected each year, usually 6-7 young photographers have been given this opportunity to work.
The 2018-2023 cohorts of HAA and HAA Fellowship recipients will be showcased in the Film and Photography Section’s Generations exhibition. From emotive portraits to painterly landscapes and unique experimental photography, visitors will find a rich variety of images. In addition to a wide range of different authors’ solutions, the exhibition also includes fine examples of documentary photography.
A selection of works from the six cohorts is on display, faithfully reflecting the approach and visual sensibility of the younger generations of photographers.
