All of the works currently on display are part of a series that has been in development since 2013, which I refer to as Random Structures. They can be divided into two further groups: images depicting protruding, crumpled, linear networks, and images using rectangles as modules, varying their diagonals to form triangles and rhombuses. They appear to differ in form, but their focus is entirely the same.

The choice of title is the result of complex associations:

The nets that create and structure my works are, for me, obvious metaphors for perception. The net is a tool for capturing the outside world, but at the same time it is the archetype of the extension and prolongation of the body, from clothing to spaceships.

Stone is also associative. It refers to images that operate with diagonals with their diagonal lines, remind me of the appearance and presumed movement of trilobites (three-lobed ancient crustaceans) that became extinct approximately 252 million years ago. In the images that appear more emphatically as nets, however, the stone is not a hint of vanished or latent life, but painfully concrete, as the canvas fabric covers a concrete core.
