My graphic series, started in 2023, follows a long period of painting and includes its results. I update the technique of aquatint with the loose use of other techniques, gestural painting, the partial inclusion of monotype, the dynamics of the cold needle.
The prints are unique, indicative of processes, the variations are not phases but games of pictorial thinking. The noble old technique also allows for digital interventions, such as texts and fragments of reality, which are part of the unity of the surfaces realized by the aquatint as acocompanion impurities.
The hidden text is available to the searching recipient: “This is not 1 bit message” could be the name of the project.
