Reliquary – Our Body of Oblivion

The first joint exhibition by sculptors Éva Juhász and Péter Menasági presents their artistic interpretations of individual and shared life events. The works, which draw on personal experiences, raise universal questions, while the two different sculptural worlds complement each other in an exciting way. The exhibition is based on Éva Juhász’s series Viewing Boxes / Picture Poems, which has only been shown in part until now and is now on display in its entirety. The jointly created spatial installations evoke the relationship between body, soul, and object in various forms — as boxes, chests, display cases, or chambers — and open up new perspectives for interpretation.
