Toil

The exhibition of Cornett called Toil (Work, Robot) explores the complex and contradictory relationship between man and animal. Her documentary films explore interspecies workplace and industrial interactions through an insect farm, a meat processing plant and a biological research centre – environments where emotional intimacy, moral dissonance and physical proximity are inevitable features of working life.
