With these objects, I was looking for the play in the relationship between real and virtual space. In this series, with the fracture, the plane of the image ceases to remain flat and becomes a space, so that the imagined and painted space is part of real space. Depending on the lighting, the image is not fixed, its appearance changes respectively; its view is accordingly arbitrary, there is no bottom or top. The concept of the frontal view also loses its significance, and movement becomes a more effective means of approach. Ultimately, we become the plaything of the balance tilted between our knowledge and our experience.
