Towers, faces, masks

The Vajda Museum will reopen its doors in spring 2025. In the exhibition entitled Towers, Faces, Masks, visitors can discover the chronological development of Lajos Vajda’s (1908-1941) short life’s work, from his early studio works, through his transparent drawings, to the large charcoal drawings that mark the end of his life’s work. As a sideline to the exhibition, we will present the history of the Vajda Museum, the exciting investigation of the recently rediscovered Haluskai farmhouse, and the video installation Vajda: Between Worlds (by Dániel Horváth and Gábor Gerhes), presented in 2018, will be screened again.
