The works of Liz Miller Kovács and Györgyi Cséffai are in dialogue along the concepts of nature and body, injury and memory in the exhibition What Will Remain. Representing the intersections of landscape and body, nature and the female experience, both artists are central to their work, which explores contemporary experiences of ecological crisis, industrial exploitation and physical and mental vulnerability.
Working in different mediums but with similar approaches, both artists explore the archaeology of nature and memory, reading stories from wounds, simultaneously constructing individual and collective visions of futures shaped by care and fragility.
