The concept of the exhibition Self-space-map explores the boundary zones between existence and non-existence, memory and healing.
The exhibition focuses on the exploration of inner landscapes, the discovery of new paths emerging from helplessness, and the healing power of active participation, which is capable of restoring vitality to stagnant situations and reconnecting fragmented wholes.
Visitors enter a space where physical and virtual realities, past and present, personal and universal experiences intertwine, reminding us of the fragile yet infinitely possible passages between different forms of existence.
Through this approach, the exhibition places transitions between various states of being, bridges between inner and outer worlds, as well as the fragility and resilience of human experience at its center. It leads viewers into subjective realms beyond conventional reality, where the loss of control, interaction, and the possibilities of healing unfold, while the artworks each offer a kind of “gateway” — whether to an afterlife state, a virtual dimension, or a path toward inner recovery.
These gateways do not necessarily lead clearly “to the other side”; rather, they emphasize intermediate states in which the boundaries of reality become blurred.
Each of the presented spaces functions as a kind of “map” — whether of the subconscious, imagination, or memory — expanded and made perceptible by the artists through various media and with the aid of digital technology. The artworks highlight that existence is not fixed, but rather a changing and transformative process in which new forms may emerge through the dissolution of boundaries.
