The exhibition entitled Design Without Borders will be open to the public for more than two months. The exhibition consists of madeinhungary, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, and meed – Meeting of European and Central European Designers, which is being held now for the third time. The show, which is being coordinated and organized by textile designer Szilvia Szigeti and interior designer Tamás Radnóti, will present objects and collections created by independently working Czech, Polish, Slovak and Hungarian furniture, textile, industrial and interior designers.

Alongside works by designers, in a section curated by colleagues of the Budapest Gallery (Gábor Andrási, Ágnes Konkoly, Zsuzsanna Szegedy-Maszák and Tamás Török) Hungarian contemporary artists will display object-simulations. Environmentally conscious groups and organizations working in social design will also have an opportunity to present their projects.
