The debut exhibition of the Baguda Association is the production of a professional and friendly association that has been in existence for 20 years and is now back with renewed vigour. Members are preparing new works for the exhibition, which together present a powerful vision of the concept of contemporary sculpture. It does so in a way that is accessible and enjoyable for non-professional audiences.
The exhibition is based on a network of relationships between the ten exhibiting artists, which has developed over the years, inspiring, influencing and supporting the work of each artist, and is characterised by coincidences and differences, enriched by the experience of several individual and collective exhibitions, such as The Lead Hunters (2005 Parthenon-Frieze Hall, Budapest), Baguda Plus (2018 Szabadkéz Gallery, Szíhalom), or Fakultáció (2016, Nagyatád).
