Let Your Star Shine is an international exhibition in the Barcsay Hall of the University, featuring a selection of works by students and internationally renowned artists who have participated in Erasmus mobility over the past decades.
Accession to the EU through the Erasmus programme has given MKE students and faculty the opportunity to enter the international visual arts scene. Therefore, in addition to the artistic value, an important aspect in the selection of the works on display at the Let Your Star Shine exhibition was that the time and theme of the creation should be related to the experiences and experiences gained during the Erasmus study trip.
The Let Your Star Shine exhibition presents a wide range of media, with works of art representing the university’s courses, the wide range of training and the diversity of artistic approaches. In addition to the 33 Hungarian artists exhibiting, there are works by 16 foreign artists who once studied in Budapest, and recent works by students currently studying at the School of Fine Arts.
The jury of academics and professionals has sought to showcase both promising talent and established, renowned artists at the Let Your Star Shine exhibition in the Barcsay Hall of the Hungarian University of Fine Arts.
