Router

Hella Mayer leads from square to square in her exhibition. She moves along paths, roads, rooms and corridors; she crosses, pauses, steps over and moves again, her gaze seeking a path. We seem to be under a high sky, in the soft lap of nature or within the protective walls of a building. But it is a world that is too suggestive: the shadow of the inner world’s search for a path, its maze, shines through.
