They, the Turks and we, the Hungarians have obligation on several occasion towards one another. Plenty of obligations, which have been growing, multiplying through history. We, the conscientous descentants are destined to fulfill these obligations. For instance, at this exhibition presenting Turkish people, landscapes, joys and sorrows through photograps taken during the last century of the Ottoman Empire. All those things we tended to ignore while recalling stories of Zrínyi, Pál Kinizsi and the heroines of Eger fighting against Turks. Get to know and get to love – seems to be an acceptable slogan.
