The contour figures seem linear at first glance, but the negative shapes offer interesting associative possibilities. In this way, the layering of form and content of the works is simultaneously the object of investigation, in which prehistoric figures, children’s drawing etchings and automatic writing are evoked, thus moving the instinctive content, while we can even continue to associate as a kind of circuit diagram. The resultant formation is a decorative, stylised and emblematic rather than organic interweaving, a particular, jagged riverbed; a drawing that connects and links, but also exaggerates with sharp stabbing and cutting ends.
